Cheese Cake


8 ozs Ideal Milk(1 cup)
4 ozs Castor sugar
4 ozs Philadephia Cream Cheese
1 packet gelatine ( remember!! 3 tsp dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water)
1 lemon juice 1 1/2 oz

method:(in order)
1. Beat the milk with castor sugar until fluffy
2. Cream the cheese until smooth
3. Disolve gelatine in warm water.
4. Then mix cheese, lemon & gelatine and fold the mixture.


For the Crust:
8 ozs or 6 ozs of digestive biscuits - crashed
4 1/2 oz melted butter (anggaran 3/4 butter)

  2. hehe ada ni..tapi tak buat lagi..bahan2 semua dah ada, lemon pun tah2 dah kering dlm fridge.
    ingat nak buat 4 raya, tapi dah letih buat biskut raya, malas nak buat kek2 nih :P
